What are some good ways to ensure that non-developers get involved in context engineering? (It feels like there is a big focus on coding and shipping, yet applying thought, design and quality aspects are lagging)

Where does testability come into this? I was chatting to someone about the lack of it atm in AI related things. Could they be a chat pattern? Or something else?

The Zen Gate: Does this pass the Aaahh Test? Does it make us feel good? Do we feel confident? Does it ease friction? Does it align with our vision? Does it simpify the system? Does it literally make us go 'aaahh'. (We use this interally and have even have an Slack emoji react for it, it's like a nod of approval, or a 'yesssss')

Or a "Moment" in that! So good to see you two together ☺️

Love this. Here's an idea: whilst I was listening, I envisioned a Moment that introduces the idea of QA of the Gaps, and then other Moments that are written to share examples of them, multiple people could write them based from their own experiences. They could all be tagged qa-of-the-gaps, then maybe over time it ends up as a QA of the Gaps collection. Just an idea, no pressure, but perhaps it also helps to see how we are thinking about 'stacking content' in manageable but connected ways.
