As I said in the group chat it really did lead us to have full and rounded answers to each question.I’d love to be involved in any events like this in the future! Rahul built an interactive activity for MoT-STEC learners to practice reviewing and updating risks and tests. He used  prompts and ChatGPT to build the html (pretty cool). This really was above and beyond... they only have to demonstrate and it's up to us to align an activity to the outcome.

Call with Louise Gibbs, she is wonderful and full of excellent knowledge that she shares really clearly. Took a completely diff approach to discussing over-relying on tools. Shows value in speaking to people who think differently. She shared so much and is keen to collaborate more! I feel a star is in order. – Sarah D. 

That's one of the things I love about these sessions - I discover an invisible hat I've been wearing for years, that I need to focus on to make it visible. Being part of such an awesome community like the Ministry of Testing has brought me new joy, experience and learning. It's also shown me that what I know is of value beyond my day job.

Cassandra H. Leung shares an idea about syncing Club badges with MoT profiles: Hey MoT.  Thanks for another Community Star and Above and Beyond badge on The Club!  I'm super proud of these, and think it would be great if some of the badges (maybe not all) from The Club also appeared on our MoT profiles.  Or maybe instead of different Club badges, there could be a counter on the profiles of how many Club badges we've earned.

Ady shared some profile feature ideas on the Slack: Small feature ideas.Filter contributions on profile pages. If you use the general search box you can filter on the left of the screen for member level and content. If this was available on profiles, members could share their profile set to 'free' for promoting themselves or 'pro' for promoting them and MoT.Contribution counter. As with the above on search it shows how many of each type and an overall total of results. I think if you go with a filter including the count would make sense.

Ben Dowen reviewed club post for mot stec activity and spotted error with image and order of note-taking stucture list in activity. He edited his club post activity immediately and told Sarah what to do with the image.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the welcome, encouragement and support you've given me over the past few months. Last week I started a short term Accessibility test contract and that will be followed by the role I was offered earlier today. If I can pay even a fraction of that value back through getting involved with MoT events it'll be my absolute pleasure. Thank you for being the awesome welcoming community you are.

Demi found some issues with the 'Introduction to Accessability Testing' course. And completed the first activity on The Club ever for that course.

When I took part at Episode 1 of The Testing Planet, I had a very vague idea what it would be like. Nine episodes later, it evolved into a full fledged monthly free mini conference with superb content, high engagement and impact. Next Thursday is the last episode this year - Exploring Quality Coaching. Come along. Afterwards, we should hold the most cheerful farewell party. It deserves a big celebration with everyone involved.
