Talk. One thing I would do to support a strong quality culture is talk. Thatβs where I would start. Without talking to others, we stay confined to what quality means from our own perspective.
Most of these pointers are in my 2026 goals also.

For me, accountability is taking responsibility and being ready to face consequences if something goes wrong.
