Amazing work
Susanne's lessons in module 7 of the Software Quality Engineering Certificate are excellent. Lesson 1 on influencing stakeholders jumps straight into why being right isn't enough on its own, and then in Lesson 2 on influencing teams, she shares a brilliant story of her journey from an enforcer to a coach. Absolutely excellent stuff.
