1:1 conversations are the best kind of conversations

Deborah Sherwood and I caught up over a Leading with Quality conversation, and what a pleasure!

There are a few things that have been cool about this connection and how we got here:
1. She's been a Professional member and a fan of the MoTaverse for a while
2. Recently we actually got to meet at MoT London where she happened to be travelling to for work stuff
3. She's based in Australia and she was worried about the meetup being fully booked, but there was no way I could live with her being she could be so close and miss out on attending and meeting.
4. There's a photo of us somewhere that we may need to upload, is it on my phone or hers, I can't quite remember, lol.
5. In the MoTaverse we are being more intentional with our invite and inviting people personally who wouldn't normally think about stepping up, Deborah is one such example. After meeting her and wanting to build on the good vibes, we invited her to a conversation on Leading With Quality.
6. She credits the MoTaverse for helping her expand her skills in quality and testing, thank you for that!

8. This is not the end, it only feels like the beginning

The truth is, we're growing and expanding together, and this feels so good right now.
