I'm listening to TWiT live and it's reminded me to post a memory about my week in testing (MWiT)

️⃣ I'll start with something Judy said on TWiT about how community is a great place to practice. In response to Mariem SAFI sharing her update on doing things in the community and doing talks. "In community we practice" is a great way to see the value of what community can bring, especially in MoT where there are tiny and big ways to contribute. Every contribution is a way to practice and build confidence through your career.

️⃣ We published the first Leading With Quality conversation, this one with Lisa Crispin and recorded two others (Susanne Abdelrahman and Callum Akehurst-Ryan: https://www.ministryoftesting.com/talks/lisa-crispin-how-can-we-be-continuously-curious

️⃣ Off the back of one of the conversations Susanne Abdelrahman wrote some thoughts on it: https://theproductmindedqa.com/half-baked-fully-shipped-quality-is-care-and-ai-cant-care/

️⃣ We created some different versions of logos and added new items to our online shop to support causes (Pride, Trans, Palestine, etc): https://store.ministryoftesting.com/collections/charity

️⃣ The other things that are taking up my time are speaking to customers and the wider community. This is business building 101 and the conversations I have always leave me inspired, energised and with new ideas.

️⃣ Oh, and I also got my Community Certificate! https://www.ministryoftesting.com/memories/got-my-community-certificate-can-you-decode-the-special-cert-number
