My first cup of coffee in my new MoTaverse mug!

The perfect way to reflect on two awesome days at this years MoTaCon whilst starting to write a blog about my experience. There is so much to reflect on, all the awesome talks and especially all the wonderful conversations I had with so many different quality people.

It was so cool to get to meet some of the regular contributors and Hosts of This Week in Testing. It was great to see both Ben and Demi presenting at the conference for the very first time as well!

Other highlights for me were getting a chance to chat to Rahul Parwal and Barry Ehigator both at the conference and the post conference meetups. It was also really nice to get a chance to chat to Rosie about MoT and also to catch up with Simon who as always was suggesting a whole raft of excellent ways to get more involved in the community!

It was a pleasure to be able to join the many others on stage also doing a 99 second talk at the end of the conference. Thankyou team MoT for finding me a way on stage!

I thought everyone that spoke in the main talks were excellent, and a special thankyou to all the volunteers who put in long shifts to make this conference happen. All the hosts were great as well, including Ash Coleman Hynie, Gary Shannon and the musical double act of Gwen and Veerle! 😀

I am looking forward to sharing more about it shortly in my blog!

I've been testing for 20+ years with experience in Exploratory Testing and tools such as CI/CD, Bruno and Postman. I'm a self-taught pianist and enjoy writing and recording my own music.
