Pick one, or combine them.
How is AI powered tools changing mobile testing?
Or if not yet changed that much.
Where might be the opportunities for AI to support mobile testing e.g. visual, accessibility, crawlers etc.
Brandy Brotherton
Hi @Ady (not sure how to tag). I'll have to look into this one a bit. Maybe @Sarah can answer for you 🙂

Has anyone used any agent‑based mobile testing tools? I’ve come across a few for web‑based systems, but I haven’t found any experience reports for mobile based ones that are not sponsored by the vendor.
Eric Bautista
Have you done performance testing to mobile apps? I am particularly interested on testing the app (UI), not necessarily the backend piece such as APIs. Are there any recommended tools?
Nataliia Burmei
Hi @Jitesh, I am using Claude code for mobile testing and I saw a Claude released a feature (agent accessing your system files and tools) when agent can do exploratory testing on mobile emulators. Didn’t come across any open-source.

Any suggestions, or experiences with test automating mobile/mobileweb using real devices on both of the platforms Android-Chrome, iOS-Safari ?
Preeti Gupta
hello @Venkata Nutalapati, I have been using BrowserStack for automation and execution of mobile application test cases for both iOS and Android platforms. Though it is a paid one but is hassle free as compared to execution on local machines. They do have support for wide range of devices and they keep on updating the device list as per the new launch devices.
Other options may be AWS Farm, Saucelabs etc. Feel free to connect and I can guide you on this.

@Preethi,
Glad for your response.
Our team is familiar with BrowserStack. Did they introduced any AI features, apart from executing your developed Mobile Application or mobile web application on their cloud based device farm ?
We wanted to overcome the tedious platform differences, web locator differences per each browser, problems with Click actions etc. by using AI features.
Appreciate your reply.
