Inspired by the following challenge: Create a Moment: Ask MoTaverse Anything.

When we think about quality, many of us jump to ideas of checking against requirements and verifying acceptance criteria.  But quality is more than just "correctness".  A product could be completely built to spec, and still add no value for end users.

If you want to really help create a good quality product which brings real value, ask me anything about quality beyond correctness.  Simply add a comment with your question.

How would you persuade engineers and product owners to prioritise bugs and features that go beyond acceptance criteria? As you say, a product could be completely built to spec but still add no value for end users - how should testers and quality professionals raise this to ensure their voices are really heard?
