Emily O'Connor
As I walked into the Trent Conference Centre, Emily O'Connor leapt off her seat and greeted me like an old friend with a big hug. I really appreciated that and it gave me a beaming smile as I navigated my way around the hall 😁. Thrilled to have met her.
Thats the first time we've spoken in person. I'm still getting used to the power of this super supportive community 🙏

Head of Engineering
He/Him
Head of Engineering who came from QE. Admirer of all humans (with a special affinity for testers). I love to bring out the best in people and help them grow. I have a very tactical view of delivery and love working to find the sweet spot so that processes are a balance between effort and value. Music nut.
