Where to start…

30 Sep 2026

Today’s leading with quality workshop has been a gold mine of insights thought provoking and both personal and team development opportunities. A big thanks has to go to all those who took on the challenge of presenting today and also for the Ministry of testing team for putting on such an amazing event.

My top five takeaways from today though are:
  1. Quality is a system, not a function.
  2. Maturity models make the invisible visible.
  3. Leadership is providing others with the opportunity to learn how to lead themselves.
  4. Quality is about how it makes people feel more than what something does
  5. Ethical software works.
