How much has really changed with AI? image
Excellent point, and thanks for highlighting. This ties into my research into thinking becoming increasingly important as we move more tasks to AI.
Should I stay or should I go? image
Grief means different things to different people and in various circumstances. No one can really tell you what to do, only offer advice and examples from their own experiences. In the end only you can decide what is best for you. I hope you find the decision that makes you happy.
AI is changing how we write code. Should it also change our Definition of Ready and Definition of Done? image
An excellent question and one which I suspect will be heavily context dependent on what, if any, changes are needed

If they are not on your list, Gary, I'd highly recommend Crucial Conversations, Thinking, Fast and Slow, and Time to Think. They all gave me different perspectives on how we think.

This made me think of accessibility straight away. Areas like performance and security are always high priority, but accessibility, not so much. Despite legal compliance, it is seen as less important. Performance and security are often thought about early, and accessibility at the end. The other would be data, either access to it, or giving weight to some and not others.
