There could be a guide, a list of questions, or a model in the milestones. Are you chasing people, or are things getting done? It is a great question. You could create a list or a 'good', 'better', 'best' type table as a way to assess where a team is now.
Feels very relevant
If quality professionals are there to help navigate beliefs in search of the truth. How do they build a shared understanding if stakeholders hold conflicting beliefs to the truth found?
Through similar research into thinking in testing, I believe the quality of software is intrinsically linked to the quality of thinking that goes into software development. So. How does the quality of thinking shape what we perceive as truth?
A long time ago, well before AI, I was told to include a black sheet with keywords using a white font colour. A human reader can't see them, but any automated filtering using keywords would pass. Is this still a thing, and if not, is there a modern equivalent 'trick'?
Which snacks are now the most disappointing, due to shrinkflation, cost rise, ingredient degradation, etc?
