Shweta has over fourteen years of experience in the software testing business as a QA expert. She manages the whole QA team at Axelerant, and her responsibilities include implementing relevant and contemporary testing techniques throughout the company. She also plays a key part in the design of Axelerant's Test Automation on numerous projects. She believes in empowering her coworkers and serves as a QA mentor to a number of them. She's given a number of talks in the Drupal and Testing communities.

Cristiano Cunha is a Solution Architect & Test Advocate in Xray Team. He is passionate about testing, automation and delivery process improvement. He started his career as a developer and evolved to be a tester, passing through an Infrastructure position along the way, always learning different ways to enhance the process, either technically or focusing in soft skills. His career path, having been on all sides of the trenches, provided him with a unique view of the process and the challenges it puts forward. Strategic quality manager, with a background in engineering, Farah has been particularly interested in innovation and service quality improvement since her first career steps. After an experience of creating from scratch division, scaling it up, and being a member of the management committee within MANGOPAY, since 2021 Farah has been sharing her expertise by advising managers to create excellent products for customer satisfaction. Her diverse experiences as a service quality expert in startups, scale-ups, and large corporations have sparked her passion for product excellence, business risk impact, and productivity. Farah is a critical thinker, solution-oriented with a coaching and continuous improvement approach, and frequently enjoys sharing her enthusiasm with the product and technical communities as a speaker.

Jean Ann Harrison has been formally testing for over 15 years. Her experience in testing software ranges from mult-tiered systems over several operating systems to mobile software. Jean Ann also has participated in and created practices to improve the testing process for project teams introducing Agile practices to regulated teams. She has been an active member of the testing community offering assistance mentoring to testers via social media, conferences, writing articles and facilitating Weekend Testing sessions.

Passionate about research & innovation in software testing focused on AI. Creates open-source tools (such as TestCraft) and actively shares with the community to advance testing practices.

Olga (AKA Olha) is a self-taught web developer who has switched to test automation career in 2015 and has fallen in love with DevOps concept and all things automated ever since. Olga's current role is the Senior SDET for the University of Washington. For the past few years she worked as an Associate Director of Technology at VMLY&R assisting multiple agency clients with their test automation strategy and development needs. She consulted such companies as Bridgestone, Ford, ABF, NAPA, United Rentals, Wendy's, Electrolux, Sherwin-Williams and others. She is the organizer of the Software Testing KC meetup, co-founder of QA Learning Center, and is a passionate supporter of Women in Tech groups.
