Heather is currently a Test Engineer at Glofox with 10 years of experience in the software industry working as a developer, software tester and community manager. Testing and helping the software testing community is her passion. When she's not testing she's usually exploring or working on restoration projects.

Fell into testing after getting a temporary job doing UAT and discovered he was actually good at it. Moved into development after deciding that the best way to build quality in was to do it.

How would I change the world? With a dose of EMPATHY 😊 Empathy that I personally consider necessary to be Marketing Manager, a profession that I love. I am passionate about discovering and transmitting the human face and the values ​​behind the name of a company. I love working in a team, in which I think I have always been accessible creating a good atmosphere. With the team in general and with the sales department in particular. I work every day without considering that it is a job because I like what I do.

Butch Mayhew is the Head of Quality and Reliability at Tilled, who loves finding more efficient ways to complete tasks. This played out in two major areas within his organization; test strategies that focus on deep exploratory feature testing, and creating test automation frameworks that have identified over 150 defects in his test environments. While he isn't busy automating the next boring task, you can find him at the disc golf course during the day or streaming video games for his kids to watch at night!

Caleb has been developing and testing medical research devices for over 13 years, focusing on improving testing efforts at every stage of the design, development, and release process.

My job consists of helping teams be more autonomous and own our product's quality. Sometimes I test, sometimes I teach others how to test. Sometimes I test myself as well.

Michael has focused on and been passionate about Software Testing and Quality for over 15 years. In product development he experienced firsthand that the way a team perceives quality, as well as adaptation of testing through context-driven principles, are key drivers for implementing agile development techniques and DevOps. He is a strong advocate for teams embracing and navigating complexity through sense-making techniques and believes that a culture of relentless experimentation is a major source of innovation. In his current role Michael enables a large organisation to adapt DevOps and Agile Quality principles and fosters an agile mindset across development teams. Having an extensive background in line management he has always seen himself as a coach for teams and people and believes in purpose, mastery and autonomy over role descriptions or yearly performance talks.
