Actively engage in quality process audits for number of projects, offering improvements based on best practices and assisting teams in developing roadmaps for enhanced working practices. Outside of work, I speak at conferences and meetups, mentor QA leads, and actively participate in Women in Tech programs. Also I contribute to female QA communities, enjoy singing in a choir, and express my creativity through oil painting.
