Great point on metrics from Charlotte:
"How did bugs have people raised? How many test cases they've written? That doesn't give a metric of quality. You could write 100 test cases but they could all be testing pretty much the same thing. Or you could have very small bugs and fix them all first time and have a really good metric. But actually it doesn't reflect that there's a very good quality product. It just reflects the fact that you've raised lots of things."
