Today, I met Rosie (virtually) for the first time, and I was left with oodles of inspiration.
During the call, she told me about her vision of making MoT an exemplary community, not just for testers, but for the tech community as a whole. She wants it to be that community of practice that other communities aspire towards.
Rosie has been building MoT and now the Motaverse, for nearly 2 decades. Through every challenge and set back she has faced during this time, she has shown up and shown us a way forward. Hers is a story of starting with a courageous vision, and pouring effort into it, drop-by-drop, day after day. This is what I find most inspiring.
We both connected over our love for Seth Godin and his work. Rosie embodies what Seth teaches us about leaning into discomfort, showing up day-after-day and building a community of professionals that care about their craft.
