My thoughts:
- Your testing sometimes is not enough. You need to get actual stakeholders or users to look at it and have a way they can feed back ( so more than backlog refinement and 3 amigos - UAT sessions are underrated)
- Biases are an important topic to mention + how you might over come them.
- How people think and feel is important - feeds into usable products - understanding what may cause a frustration emotion for example. so wheel of emotions and understanding that.
- Accessibility and usability sometimes get blurred into one thing, but they are actually two different things

We do a lot of pairing in my workplace and it has been on my mind lately on when it's best to do group/pair/solo. It really goes to show the power of using each method to drive the outcome you want. A very intriguing article that I will re-read.
