A half-day educational experience to learn, guide and be guided in the age of AI.

We’re not just shifting left. There’s a clear shift to AI too. With a MoTaverse mindset, we believe it’s important to gather and share the reality of what is actually going on.

Leading with AI brings people together to honestly explore where they are with AI adoption and learn from one another.

What’s more… With a quality mindset, there are clear risks everywhere. We can see or discover them, but we can’t solve them alone. The more we can talk, explore and collaborate on what a good AI future looks like, the more chance we have of building what matters.

How to contribute?

If available, do bring a laptop.

Leading with AI will spark many ideas and reflections. The MoTaverse platform is the perfect place to share them. There are many ways to contribute, and a good starting point is by creating a Moment

A moment is a blog-style post. Each Moment is connected to a profile so Moments can be used as a personal tech blog.

Your challenge is to create at least one Moment from the day. An overall summary Moment is helpful yet a “one thing Moment” is better. This allows you to create multiple Moments, where each one covers a specific learning! It’s a great way to fill up your MoTaverse profile page.

Take photos of people and slides throughout the day and use these as your Moment images. Write solo or pair with someone, just be sure to mention each other in the Moment. You also don’t have to wait until the end of the day to create one.

The “Things to write about in the MoTaverse collection” may help you get started or use these questions.

Questions to prompt a Moment

  1. If you had to describe one concept from today to your team, what would it be?
  2. What stood out that is something you’ll try back in the workplace?
  3. Of everything today, what is the one idea you most want your future self to remember?
  4. Who in your network needs to hear what you learned today, and what would you tell them first?
  5. What does Leading With AI mean to you now?
  6. What assumption about testing and quality did any of the sessions quietly challenge for you?
  7. What does AI adoption actually look like inside a large organisation, beyond the headlines you usually hear?
  8. Where in your work do you most want to keep a human firmly in control, and why that spot in particular?
  9. Which part of your automation work feels ready to grow with AI, and which part still needs your hands on it?
  10. What did you walk in believing about AI that you're walking out questioning?
  11. What is the smallest thing you can do next week to lead with AI rather than just react to it?
