MEO > SEO : MoTaverse Engine Optimisation

We've been doubling down on the idea of MoTaverse, we are a platform. We are a place to gather.
Whilst, this has been the case for many years, it's not since the past 12 months that we've put our efforts into believing and being audacious enough to become a platform for testing, quality and technology people.
Things like MoT Profiles, The Observatory (community bookmarking), the glossary, badges and certifications is what is leading us there.
As part of this journey, we are creatively exploring how we talk about what it is we are doing and trying to achieve.
Calling MoT the MoTaverse, is one such way that encapsulates what we are trying to achieve.
Another term I've come up with is MEO. That is MoTaverse Engine Optimisation, adapted from SEO. We have many thousands of content, in many different formats: articles, talks, certs, courses, glossary, memories (micro-blogging).
Then we are working towards other types of content. Like MoT Profiles (people), Company Pages (companies), salary database (industry trends)....the list simply keeps growing.
This all naturally leads to MEO, and what is your MEO strategy?
How are you as a person going to get found in the MoTaverse?
How are you as a company going to get found?
And then how can we ensure the data, information, trends and learning that you need can be found easily too?
And of course, it's not just about the MoTaverse, because investing in the MoTaverse also helps people from outside find you too. We live part of a system, investing in MEO will help you naturally get found by SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation).
MEO will increasingly matter to anyone who cares about testing, quality and engineering overall.
