I’m excited to share that, alongside TeamMoT, we’ll be gathering 50 Leaders in Quality on September 30th.
What looks like a one-day event is actually the beginning of a bigger journey: a committed effort to support and grow quality leadership.
Over the past months, I’ve been having video conversations with Quality Leaders from around the world. In every intro I say: “I don’t know the answers, but I know the community does.”
And honestly? These conversations have changed me.
✨ Personally: I’ve spent most of my life avoiding hosting conversations. Now that I’m finally doing it, I’ve discovered not only that I can, but that I actually love it (with plenty of laughs along the way).
✨ Professionally: I leave every chat feeling more hopeful, educated, and inspired. The deeper the conversations go, the more optimistic I feel about our shared mission: creating the best products possible.
I’m seeing an energy in our profession that I’ve never seen before. And it’s clear there are still so many untapped possibilities.
My role, and MoT’s role, is to create the connections and conversations that surface the challenges we all need to face. I don’t have the answers. But together, through Leading With Quality, we’re building the pathways.
This is only the start. The MoTaverse is investing in this for the long-term.
