Testing the untestable: building a strategy for testing AI

But I'm not a developer: the quality route into head of engineering image

Hi there. I'mΒ Rosie Sherry, and I'm yourΒ MoTaverse Weekly host.

Good problems. That's what I'm embracing at the moment. When quality, community and any kind of business activity is seen as part of the system, interesting things appear. Sometimes they are problems in quality. Other times, the need to re-design, or re-think come into place.

A big part of this comes with scaling, when what we build is being used and tested to new limits, we start to notice things that need changing. It's not things stop working, it's more that we need to cater for different problems.

We can take a quality angle with this, how much of a problem is it? Is it hindering people? What risks are being introduced?

We can also take a celebratory moment, often when good problems happen, it is because what we've created is actually being used. That's a success within itself that we should take mote of.
