Hello, I am Rosie, your MoTaverse Weekly host.
This week I'd love to highlight our star community algorithm, and who better to represent the weekly photo than Eamon and Ayesha? They are the answer to naming two quality people who have consistently shown up in 2025. I'm a true believer that showing up is what leads to learning and personal growth.
Feel free to drop a comment on other quality people who you seen show up in 2025. ⭐️

What's new in the MoTaverse?
Every day that I show up to build the MoTaverse, the less I want to spend time anywhere else. Our goal is for people in the MoTaverse to see and feel that too. Over the past year, I've been doubling down on being audacious, and as Team MoTaverse we've been making daily progress!
It can be hard to talk about it without going down 99 rabbit holes. This is because everything is interconnected.
When I start to talk about our community algorithm:
- I want to talk about how it ties into community culture
- I want to show how we are moving towards a system of beautiful recognition, for those who show up to learn in addition to those that contribute
- I want to show how we are catering for individuals and teams
- I want to express how right it feels that we are starting to track and recognise different types of learning, it's not just about course completion, it's also about reading articles, sharing content, and so much more. All of this is learning and it is increasingly reflected on your MoT profile.
One community star at a time. Elevate yourself. Elevate others. Try it out, it's beautiful.
Ady shares how he's progressing.
First I missed capturing 404 stars. Now I missed 500. So I’m celebrating 513 instead. Great problem to have. — Ady Stokes
