A great session to learn more about the art of the possible in an area it's all to easy to shy away from. At first it sounds too risky and hence we tend not to consider it as an option. But when it's broken down in to what it really means, as you have, so much of it just seems like good common sense and that we'd be foolish not to do any of it. I feel you've not just shifted right, but shifted a lot of thinking here too. Nice one :)

Thank you for coaching me on the art of what is possible, in shift right: testing in production. I especially appreciated the full snack approved testing reference, people don't know what they want (to eat), until it's in front of them.
