Quality Coach | Scrum Master | UX Enthusiast | Tech Blogger | International Speaker | Exploratory Tester | Test Strategist | MoT Content Creator
I've been in the software testing & quality world since 1997 and love it. I'm a senior leader, a coach, international speaker, workshop facilitator, writer & founder of Quality Talks.
Suman Bala is a Test Architect with a passion for improvement in quality processes and is a strong believer in Test Automation. She feels proud of how people’s perspective has changed regarding testing throughout her career. She is striving to instil the idea that quality is everyone’s responsibility as opposed to merely laying it at the feet of QA. She is a co-organiser for the Ministry of Testing Bucks meet-up. She is a mentor and coach at work and within the wider testing community. She is co-designing and delivering the “Software Testing Bootcamp” sponsored by the West Yorkshire Combined Authority.
Elizabeth Zagroba is Quality Lead at Mendix in The Netherlands. She sets out to prove that when “it should just work” it actually does. She's the go-to person for thinking critically about what’s being built, creating a common understanding, and writing API tests and English effectively. Her goal is to build enough skills in individuals and teams to make herself redundant.
Keith Klain has built software quality management and testing teams for global financial services and consulting firms in the US, UK, and Asia Pacific. He helps enterprise technology organizations increase their business value through process efficiency, increased automation, and alignment of IT strategy to business objectives. He has designed and delivered technology training curriculum for non-profits to build technology delivery centers in disadvantaged communities. He was the Executive Vice President of the Association for Software Testing and the recipient of the 2013 Software Test Professionals Luminary award.
