I've been in the software testing & quality world since 1997 and love it. I'm a senior leader, a coach, international speaker, workshop facilitator, writer & founder of Quality Talks.

Suman Bala is a Test Architect with a passion for improvement in quality processes and is a strong believer in Test Automation. She feels proud of how people’s perspective has changed regarding testing throughout her career. She is striving to instil the idea that quality is everyone’s responsibility as opposed to merely laying it at the feet of QA. She is a co-organiser for the Ministry of Testing Bucks meet-up. He helps enterprise technology organizations increase their business value through process efficiency, increased automation, and alignment of IT strategy to business objectives. He has designed and delivered technology training curriculum for non-profits to build technology delivery centers in disadvantaged communities. He was the Executive Vice President of the Association for Software Testing and the recipient of the 2013 Software Test Professionals Luminary award.
