A meme featuring a man sitting at a table outdoors with a sign that reads “QUALITY IS CARE” above the phrase “CHANGE MY MIND.” The man is smiling and holding a coffee mug, suggesting confidence in his opinion. The setting is a park-like area with brick pathways, trees, and empty benches in the background.

Wherever there is care, quality arises.

When we don't care, we don't pay attention, which means we stop seeing the things that really matter.

The biggest thing we can do to achieve good quality is ensure there is whole team care.

A split screen shows two women, Hilary Weaver on the left and Suman Bala on the right, in a video call format against a purple background with white star-like speckles and abstract lines.

On the left, Hilary Weaver is smiling and wearing a black top and white headphones with a light blue accent. Her background appears to be an office or study, with shelves holding various items like books, figures, and what looks like a computer monitor on a desk. The "MINISTRY OF TESTING" logo is visible in the top left corner of the overall image.

On the right, Suman Bala is also smiling, wearing a dark top and a headset with a microphone. Her background shows a light-colored wall with a green plant visible on the left side of her frame.

A horizontal image shows six cartoon grey bugs standing on a light orange background. They all have large, round eyes, four legs, and two antennae. Some bugs have their arms raised in excitement. Speech bubbles above their heads contain various comments.

From left to right:
The first bug says, "We can now comment on Memories!"
The second bug, looking surprised, says, "Really?"
A large central speech bubble says, "Yes really!"
The fourth bug says, "Woop!"
The fifth bug says, "Bug Congrats!"
The sixth bug, with arms raised, asks, "How many comments can we get on this?"
It's official! We can now comment on Memories. 🎉 How many comments can we get on this one? 😄 😅 🫠

Good testers spot things that others might not see. I love that we have that ability.

We should feel good about this and continue to work on this creative skill.

We must, more than ever in this AI-infused world, actively observe the less obvious and challenge what we see.
